The Journal of Taylor's Outback

Sharing thoughts & ideas about quilting, gardening, family (the furry kind too – shelties rule!) and anything else that comes to mind. I love to read your comments & will do my best to respond. Thank you for visiting and come back often…coffee or tea always on hand & I love to make scones!

Moving Day…

December 27, 2010 by taylorsoutback

To a new Blog site that is…hope you will come along with me and share in the never-know-what-will-happen-next days at Taylorsoutback…

After playing around with the Blogger vs. WordPress format, I will be moving my blog over to Blogger – why? Just becauseĀ  I think Blogger is cute! I have liked the WP format and ease of posting & adding images, but their offerings are a little on the “dry” side for me and I still don’t have the know-how to customize via an upgrade. Besides I would rather put any extra pennies towards new fabric!!

I will keep this WordPress site up and running for awhile but from now on, all the new postings can be viewed at

Hoping you will add my new home to your Favorites list and I have a Followers List started which will welcome you most happily!

See you at the new site!

Wishing you a Happy and Productive New Year!!!!!!!

What a beautiful tree, a cozy addition to your charming home. Hope Xmas was nice for you, hope your parents were w/you. Are you feeling better now? When you come to R. M. you know we always have the coffee pot on! Happy 2011

Enjoyed hearing about your adventures and travels this year.

Sounds like you are really getting out and enjoying the world when the weather is good, then hunkering down for the winter.

Linda and I are having some neighbors in for the Superbowl this Sunday the 6th, and of course we will be rooting for the Packers! Always did like them and looking forward to the game.

Things here in Washington/Rockville are cold, and lost power for 2 days last week, for Linda’s birthday no less,

Hope all is well and take care.

    Cousin Ed
